What makes Sunies more eco-friendly than other sandals?

Sunies are made of 77% natural resources which are bamboo, coconut fibers, coconut oil, and salt which are produced and cultivated in several regions of Brazil, the heart of Latin America.

These natural resources are combined with recycled PVC, which is carefully washed and separated in order to prepare it to be grinded.

The natural materials are granulated and processed together with the recycled PVC with a special machine, in order to be shaped with the previous  designed mold.

What size should I order?

We recommend size up a bigger number when ordering.

Will my order be delayed with the current COVID-19 situation?

No, the COVID-19 situation is not affecting our deliveries, your order will arrive on time.

Do I need to create a Sunies account to create an order?

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase.

How do I know if an item is out of stock?

If a size or an item is not available, you will not be able to add it to your bag.

What payment methods can I use on the Sunies website?

For all EU and most international orders, we accept the following credit cards:

Use one of the available payment methods on the list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your account in PayPal, you can use our PayPal Express feature to quickly complete your purchase.

How long my order will take to be delivered?

Orders would be shipped 1-2 business day after your order has been placed. Shipping times can vary depending on your destination country.

Orders sent to the European Union will be delivered within 4-7 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Orders for full-priced items are eligible for return for refund within fourteen (14) days of being received. Regular Sale items purchased are eligible for online store credit only within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

How can I make changes or cancel my online order?

Are Sunies waterproof?

Yes, our Sunies are 100% waterproof.

How can I take care of my Sunies?

Our Metallic colored Sunies like gold and copper should be handwashed, the rest can be washed in the washing machine with a light cycle and 30 °C. We also provide an organic cotton dust bag with each pair. 

Where can I dispose my sandals?
